In order to use and/or make a purchase at www.monsterguts.com (the “site”), you will need to first complete a registration form to create a username and password protected account.  In the store, your selected username will be associated with your valid email address to ensure appropriate communications between the site and designers directly to you. Monster Guts is the sole owner of the information collected on the site.  Monster Guts collects personal information from our users at several different points on our website.  We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with service.  If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services contact us.  We will withhold and use collected personal information as required to satisfy our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

Monster Guts also automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

Further, when you register in the forum/gallery on the Site (which is separate software), you will be required to enter your name and e-mail address to create a username and password protected account.  When you subscribe to our newsletter you will be required to enter your name and e-mail address.  When respond to a survey, fill out a form or post a comment anywhere on the site, you will be required to enter your name and email address.  We refer to this information as “User Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information, Order Information and User Information.

When you purchase something from our website, we maintain some personally identifiable information as collected at registration.  You previously provided contact and personal information (such as name, email, mailing address and phone number).  We use this information to fill your orders and maintain customer records.  If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

The personal information collected at Monster Guts is used to process orders to verify correct ownership of the information used.  Nothing is sold, rented, leased or otherwise shared with other sources, not e-mail addresses, mailing addresses, telephone numbers or email addresses other that it may be used by us to communicate advance notice of events, new products and/or services.  In addition, we do not retain any of your financial information. All financial information is taking and processed through Paypal’s website (www.paypal.com) Please consult with PayPal regarding their privacy policy.

The security of your personal information is important to us.  We utilize SSL for an added layer of security on our website.  We implement industry standards to protect the personal information transmitted and received by our website; however, while we strive to use the foremost means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Forum/Gallery/Blog. Any personal information you submit on the forum/gallery/blog can be read, collected, or used by other users of the forums/gallery/blog.  Due to the nature of each of the environs, this personal information could be used to send unsolicited messages.  We are not responsible for the personal information you choose to disclose in the forums/gallery/blog.

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance. Our website is not directed at children under 18, and we won’t knowingly allow anyone under 18 to provide us any personally identifying information; if you’re under 18, please don’t provide any information about yourself on this website. In the event that we learn we have collected any personal information from a child under the age of 18, we will delete that information from our database as quickly as possible.

Data Retention. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.  When a designer leaves Oscraps, the order history information may be removed from the online server, but will be maintained in company records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
